There is no single list price for a self-service wash station: the cost tracks the size of the site and the infrastructure already on it. Below are the items that come up most often when we prepare a quote.
Bay count and site size
The first cost driver is the number of wash bays. Each bay brings its own lance, hose reel and dosing line; as bays are added, pump capacity and the electrical panel grow with them. The steel canopy and the concrete apron scale directly with area too.
Infrastructure: water, power, drainage
If the site already has adequate water pressure, a three-phase supply and a suitable drain, the build is shorter. If not, items such as a tank, booster pump, transformer or an oil-and-silt separator join the budget.
Other items that move the number
- Payment system: token, banknote, card or QR
- Whether hot wash is required (boiler and fuel line)
- Industrial vacuums and mat-washing units
- Chemical dosing pumps and tank capacity
