Since quote and contact requests on our site are sent via WhatsApp, the information you share when using this channel reaches us through WhatsApp; the privacy policies of the relevant platform (Meta) also apply to this service.

Your personal data may be transferred, limited solely to the purposes above, to authorised public institutions and organisations within the framework of legal obligations, and to the suppliers we work with (e.g. site hosting and communication infrastructure providers), in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Apart from this, your data is not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the statute-of-limitations/retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
